The Southern California District Council of the Assemblies of God are one of approximately fifty-six geographical and non-geographical language districts, including Hispanic, Portuguese, German, and Korean, that comprise the General Council of the Assemblies of God (USA), a Pentecostal denomination with over 25 million members and adherents world-wide and nearly three million in the United States. Organizationally, District Council offices occupy a middle position between the denomination's national offices, located in Springfield, Missouri, and the approximately 12,000 local Assemblies of God churches in the United States.
