How much does Camp 2010 cost?
Pinecrest I: 5-Day Camp - $230/$252 unchartered or after 6/9/10
Pinecrest II: 3-Day Camp - $169/$185 unchartered or after 6/30/10

When will we receive our camp registration packet?
Registration packets will be e-mailed to you by the first of March, 2010; and they will also be available for download online.  If you do not have online capabilities, please call the Girls Ministries office after this date and one full packet will be mailed to you.

What should we be doing right now to prepare for GM Camp 2010?
1) Begin fundraising

2) Identify sponsors who will attend camp – 1 sponsor for every 7 students is needed.

3) Conduct Background Checks on all adults over 18 who will be attending with your girls who have not had a background check with your church. Background Checks can take up to one month to get completed, so make sure you start early. The Assemblies of God churches have been approved by VolunteerSelectPlus – you can access their services at www.volunteerselelctplus.com. Please click on the VolunteerSelectServices link for more information on how to use this service.

4) If there are girls who will be honored at the 2010 Camp Honor Service, complete all of the appropriate Honors paperwork and make sure it is submitted to the GM District Office well in advance of the June 9, 2010 early registration deadline.

5) For those who plan on attending the 5-Day Camp, begin working on your church’s submission for the Dime Project, Talent Entry, Camp Cheer and Camp Banner. For those who plan on attending the 3-Day Camp, begin work on your Dime Project and a camp banner.
