If you’ve been in Missionette Circles over the years, you’ll recognize this training by its formal name — MLDU—Mpact Leadership Development Units. There are three levels of training — Bronze, Silver & Gold. Sponsors taking these courses will learn important concepts like:

*Managing Conflict
*Living Graciously
*Cultural Diversity in GM
*Blending the Generations
