If you’ve been in Missionette Circles over the years, you’ll recognize this training by its formal name – MLDU – Momentum Leadership Development Units. There are three levels of training – Bronze, Silver & Gold. Sponsors taking these courses will learn important concepts like:

• Dynamics of Mentoring
• Managing Conflict
• Living Graciously
• Cultural Diversity in GM
• Blending the Generations
