Girls who attend Pinecrest 1 Summer Camp will love getting a taste of South American culture from Virginia, Gilbert & Sofia.  We are looking forward to the great things God will do in the hearts of girls and leaders as we spend these five days TOGETHER. 

Virginia Contreras is a wife, mother, missionary and lawyer.   Gilbert and Virginia along with their daughter, Sofia, are missionaries to university students in the Country of Argentina.  The Contreras' are passionate about their calling to university students because today's learners are tomorrow's leaders.  They believe that these future world-changers must be reached with the gospel while their hearts are still open!

Guest Speakers: Susie Starr
Susie Starr is a gifted ventriloquist and speaker who effectively communicates the gospel to audiences of all ages. Using her gifts of humor and music, along with a background in musical theater, Susie entertains yet presents the Biblical truths with a passion that is contagious. She is a preacher’s kid who grew up to be a preacher’s wife. Living out the call of God upon her life since the age of 14 has been Susie’s passion and joy.

Why Girls Ministries Summer Camp?  Because GM Summer Camp is all about mentoring girls in God, relationships and self.  At GM Summer camp we:

  • Teach campers the importance and joy of developing a close walk with God.
  • Teach campers how to build strong, positive relationships with others.
  • Teach campers activity skills while helping them to develop important life skills and positive knowledge of self.
  • Teach campers the value of unselfishness and the necessity of developing a good character.
