There you are looking into the faces of your kids on yet another Sunday. You may see squirrelly bodies squirming in every direction, mouths full of gum or Hannah Montana sweatshirts but actually you are looking into the faces of amazing world-changers who have great works prepared in advance by God for them to do. They need a challenge to live and die for!

Give ‘em the good stuff, will you? Our children are challenged every day to “go green”, “save the planet” and “recycle, reduce and reuse” which are great ideas. I’m all for honoring our God by tending to our planet. But our kids are able to grasp and appreciate eternal concepts as well: things that last for a while verses things that last forever.

As you guide your students and pastor their young hearts, remember the high bar we aim for set by Christ, to go and make disciples everywhere!
