Can’t Give a Year? How about a Summer?

MIP (Mission Internship: Philippines) was created for college/young adults interested in a deeper look at missions. After working many years with university students on short-term missions trips, we wanted to create a "second step" to the short-term experience. MIP works closely with local missionaries and leaders to provide a realistic experience on the field. Whether you are a novice or experienced traveler, called or not called to be a missionary, or just wanting a multi-cultural experience, MIP is for you. (College credit is optional).

If you are between the ages of 18 and 29 this is an exciting time of your life! You are young...you are strong...you are facing challenges of college...full time employment...marriage...starting a family...this can also be a time where everyday life just eats up every moment of time that you used to spend in the Word or with God. You aren't alone! You are part of a huge generation! Our desire is to help you connect with others to strengthen your walk and your life with God and to come along side our churches and help them develop strong and effective ministries!

Drew Smithson has been serving the youth of Southern California in ministry for over 26 years. He has had the opportunity to youth pastor three different congregations and currently fills the position of Youth Director for the Southern California District of the Assemblies of God.
